NIGHT LPN SUPERVISOR (FULL-TIME)

Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

Location: Alexandria, VA

Pay: We offer a competitive pay for LPN Supervisors ($36-$40/hour) plus a $3/hour shift differential for applicable hours! 

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with charge nurses and other health professionals in planning health care regimens, and delegate nursing intervention as appropriate and make appropriate referrals when beyond scope of practice.
  • Provide clinical supervision of nursing care delivery and respond to emergency situations.
  • Conduct rounds to clinical areas to determine conformity to standards of resident care, adherence to Goodwin Living policy and objectives, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Function as a clinical resource person who coordinates communication with the Physician in order to direct resident care on a designated shift.
  • Encourage feedback from, maintain relations with, and monitor commitment of providing highest quality service to customers including residents, internal customers, and partners/suppliers.

 Job Requirements 

  • Must be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program 
  • Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence 
  • Must have current CPR certification
